this boy!

I am really enjoying getting to know this kiddo! Such a goofy, fun, sweet boy. As he grows and becomes his own person, I am loving seeing and discovering who he is. He is creative, charming, exuberant, loving, and bold. He is sunny and sweet and bright. And funny and friendly and watchful. He is lots of things and I am proud to be his mom.

So, after many way too hot days, we finally got some rain. Well on this day only a few drops, but Chubbas had to run inside and get his "rain suit" on... aka his jacket over his naked bootie!

His hair was getting all shaggy, and not in a good way! So Don got out the clippers to clean up his little mohawk.

He kept saying shorter, so he doesn't really have the hawk anymore, and now he looks so grown up, like a big boy, not like a little boy. But a big boy! Where did my little baby go?
And what mama can resist grabbing her camera to capture this moment?
